We use a professional Powder Coating Business to do all our powder coating. First the original old galvanizing is removed, the parts are media blasted, then they are cleaned, and each one individually hung and powdercoated, they are then baked in their ovens, and inspected for flaws. Notice that even the back sides of our inner cabinet liners are coated, and I believe we are the only ones who have figured out how to powder coat the entire Cavalier vending stack assemblies....
Caution: Most Amateur restorers will simply "Hammer Tone" paint these important parts.... Painting these interior components will not hold up to the climate changes of the inside cabinet, and the paint will flake off, leaving a huge mess of the insides, I know because I have redone many Amateur restoration jobs....
